Voting Members List. The Board of Directors shall prepare and make available a list of the Association's Voting Members in accordance with Art. 1396-2.1 1B of the Texas Non-Profit Corporation Act. "Art. 1396-2.11B. VOTING MEMBERS' LIST FOR MEETING. A. After fixing a record date for the notice of a meeting, a corporation shall prepare an alphabetical list of the names of all its voting members who are entitled to notice of the meeting. The list must show the address and number of votes each voting member is entitled to cast at the meeting. The corporation shall maintain, through the time of the members' meeting, a list of members who are entitled to vote at the meeting but are not entitled to notice of the meeting. This list shall be prepared on the same basis and be part of the list of voting members."
